If you have lost an item while attending an event at Liberty First Credit Union Arena please fill out the form below. In the 'Lost Item Details' section, please describe the lost item, what event the item was lost at and the location where the item was possibly left (eg. Arena, Banquet Hall, Community Rink, locker rooms, etc)
