Creighton Women's Basketball announced the relocation of home games with Nebraska (Nov. 22) and Connecticut (Jan. 10) to the Liberty First Credit Union Arena (LFCUA) on Monday, October 19.
Moving the games to LFCUA offers added capacity, while retaining a home atmosphere for the Bluejays. The seating capacity for LFCUA is 3,766, that number can expand to 4,600 with suites and standing rooom. The Bluejays' home floor has a seated capacity just under 2,400. The relocation was also necessary as the Bluejays on-campus home, D.J. Sokol Arena, hosts the BIG EAST Volleyball Championship on Nov. 21-22.
Tickets for both the contests at LFCUA are not yet for sale and will not be available via Ticketmaster.
